How To Treat PUPPS

I'm going to start off by saying, once again, that PUPPS is treatable...not curable.  Most doctors will give you steroid shots or medicated creams to relieve the itching but this pregnancy rash will stay with you until you have had your baby.  There are a few women who have reported getting PUPPS after the birth of their child but this is extremely rare. 

The question of the day is "What do you do when the shots and the creams don't work?" 



There are a few tricks that I have picked up while researching this uncomfortable rash.  If this information had been available in 2000 when I had the rash, I would have been a much happier pregnant woman.  This page is a compilation of the treatments I have learned and I hope that they help to give you relief.  If you have come up with a treatment (that really works) please let me know so that I can add it to the site.  We need to work together to help pregnant woman everywhere who are in so much discomfort from PUPPS.
