This is my 3rd pregnancy, I've never had pupps before. But today my Dr tells me that the itchy heat rash on my tummy is pupps:( my older 2 children from a diffrent father than this one, were perfect pregnancies, no morning sickness no nothing!! This pregnancy has been rough from the get go!! If there's something horrible to be had during a pregnancy I've been sure to get it. I've only had the rash for 3 days I'm 26 weeks along I don't know how I'm going to make it the next few months. If I get some pics I'll be sure to send them to you. I just went to the Dr. yesterday and asked about this rash that i have on my lower belly, bra line and now my arms. This is my fourth pregnancy and I am having a girl. I have never had this before, so my Dr. says no it's not PUPPS. All i know is that I am itching like crazy and getting little relief.

I developed this rash in 1982 during my second pregnancy with my daughter. My doctor sent me to a dermatologist, who said basically I had become "allergic to being pregnant," and that it would go away after delivery. He prescribed oatmeal baths and ointments, but it still drove me crazy. I'm glad to see there is a name to it now even though no one knows the cause.
